4. JOB OPPORTUNITIES AND RESUMES
Dow Jones specifically prohibits any posting of any incomplete, false or
inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own
accurate resume.
CareerJournal.com acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities and
candidates to post resumes and does not screen or censor the listings offered.
Dow Jones is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and
candidates. As a result, Dow Jones has no control over the quality, safety or
legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings,
the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability
of candidates to fill job openings.
5. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY SITES
CareerJournal.com contains hyperlinks to web sites operated by persons other
than Dow Jones. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference and convenience
only. You agree not to hold Dow Jones responsible for the content or operation
of such web sites. A hyperlink from CareerJournal.com to another web site does
not imply or mean that Dow Jones endorses the content on that web site or the
operator or operations of that site. You are solely responsible for determining
the extent to which you may use any content at any other web sites to which you
might link from CareerJournal.com.

for the International Sale of Goods. If any provision in these Terms of Use is
invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will
continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision
will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely
matches the intent of the original provision.
All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved. These Terms of
Use are the entire and final agreement regarding CareerJournal.com and its
content, and supercede any prior or contemporaneous communications between Dow
Jones and you regarding CareerJournal.com and its content.
